Why did my age verification fail?Updated a month ago

Ugh, verification fail, no fun! Here are the most common culprits:

1. Wrong document selected : Picked a Driver's Licence but uploaded your Passport? (or vice versa!) Make sure what you select matches what you upload, they've gotta match!
2. Blurry image: If your ID photo looks like it was taken underwater, it won't pass. Snap it in good light with a steady hand and try again.
3. Expired ID:  We love a classic, but not when it comes to ID! Make sure your document is current and valid.
