We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been packed up and started its journey. If you need to cancel, email us at [email protected] or reach out on live chat here on the site. Please include your order number and a quick note on why you’d like to cancel so we can move fast.

If we catch it in time, we’ll send you a confirmation that your cancellation went through.

Once your order is being processed or shipped, we can’t stop it, but no worries. You’ll still be able to request a return or exchange once your Grooby goods arrive.
